I have just retired from BC Ferries after 29 years of service. I am a 55 year old very fit woman. I have prided myself in caring for the travelling public and helping in any way I can. Helping people manage a vacation, or deal with a missed sailing, or basically talking someone off the ledge so to speak, is my specialty. I love helping people. I am a mum of 3. Two daughters in their 30’s and a little boy who is 7. Being a mum has been my greatest gift. But now that I am retired and my son is in school, I have time and energy and I would love to make a difference in someone’s life. I would love to cook, help with laundry, do the shopping , take you for a walk or just help someone stay active. (Card games are not my strong suit , but if someone wants to teach me….) My husband is an active member of the RCMP in Nanaimo and is very supportive in my interest in helping others. If you think I might be a match for a loved one I’d love to hear from you.
