Hi, my name is Shweta and I am from Nepal. I am currently engaged in expanding my knowledge and honing these skills by pursuing a Post-Graduate Diploma in Gerontology - Interprofessional Practice which is basically about ageing and its processes. My work experience background is as a caregiver, and my academic and personal experiences mold me well enough to discharge a whole gamut of duties, among them being the following but not limited to: Activities of daily living - Personal care, e.g., bathing, toileting, grooming, and light exercise for improved mobility - Housekeeping services, e.g. laundry, general cleaning, bed making, vacuuming, ironing, etc. - Shopping for groceries, doing errands and pet care - Assistance with walking - Dish washing - Planning visits, outings, and trips - Alzheimer's and Dementia care - Home supervision I look forward to providing compassionate and dedicated care, while making a positive impact to enhance the quality of life for the aging population.
