My name is Shelby. I am a 23 year old female who is looking for a part-time position assisting a male or female client within the Lacombe/Blackfalds community. I work full-time with the Lacombe Action Group, and have been in this line of work for the last five years (working with the developmentally disabled as well as seniors). I am extremely compassionate and empathetic person, and while doing this work I quickly realized how many people out there desperately want to stay living in their home - but also need a little bit of help. I have a certificate from Nova Scotia Community College for the Continuing Care Assistant course, a valid First Aide/CPR course, up to date Medication Administration course, a clean Criminal Record Check (Including vulnerable sector check), and much, much more. I have availability from 8am - lunchtime during the weekdays, and I am available on some weekends. I would absolutely love to use this time to help out one of your family members where it's needed.
