Assisting with daily living activities and providing full care for bathing,feeding, mobility and positioning as needed. Patient, fast learner, can easily adapt to any new work endeavour and can manage difficult circumstances with kindness and understanding. Trained as Patient Attendant (orderly/nurse's aid) in hospitals, worked on call 24/7 under contract my first year out of school for CHSLD (eldercare residences) and home care for CLSC. After my contract ended I decided to work on my own doing full time home care. I still do work in hospitals and at centres. I worked with the same patients until their passing or as their needs changed. Now , I am ready to aid another person or family and provide care and companionship. Questions are welcomed.
