Hello I'm an enthusiastic,compassionate person, very kind, with lots of patience, hardworking , friendly and funny.I have a good experience with taking care of elderly,I can cook and willing to learn the dishes that you wish to have for meal,do light housekeeping,keeping medications on time prescribed by the doctor,help and assist with bathing, toothbrush/dental flossing,grooming ,going to the bathroom and helping with the activities of daily living,check and monitor everyday vital signs and weight.I am a graduate of physio therapy in my country and can teach some physical exercises for arm and leg strengthening,can teach and help you do some stretching to promote better living.
