For 5 years my mom was in long term care, and with that is my only experience. I did errands for her and some others, took her shopping, took her out for meals, or just with her and others almost daily for either a meal or just for socializing. I really enjoyed this and thought I could provide a service to others that are lonely or need some shopping or light chores done.
