I've been working with children for 6 years now, and absolutely love it. I began volunteering at children's camps at the Cochrane Humane Society in my teens and even received a University scholarship for this in my graduating year. Aside from volunteer work, I worked as a children's summer camp counsellor for many years, thus building great conflict resolution, caregiving skills, as well as finding the perfect balance between friend and authority figure. I attended the University of Alberta for environmental studies & outdoor education, and have a goal to be a a french elementary school teacher, given I am fluent in french as well as english. I spend the majority of my spare time in the outdoors, running, biking, skiing and everything in between. Additionally, I am first aid certified. Feel free to ask any more questions!
