I have more than 10 years of experience as a hospital social worker. My primary duties include discharge planning and I'm very familiar with the care needs of seniors. Previous experience in a nursing home with nearly 300 seniors. I also volunteer with a hospice and am extremely comfortable with end-of-life care if needed.
