Hi! I’m Sarah, a very experienced nurse and PSW. I’ve worked with seniors in and out of palliative care for my whole nursing career. I started off at Sunnybrook Hospital and have transferred to Ontario Shores. I love working with the elderly. I’m very kind and compassionate. I have extensive work experience at city run and private long term care homes as well.
