From the moment we spoke, Rose put me at ease about our family's caregiving needs. She showed a deep caring and concern for my uncle, even before meeting him. She wanted me to tell her everything that our family needed done while he was in her care and assured me that it would be done. Rose sent me a daily activity report that told the family about his mood, his health status and the projects that they did together each day. My uncle enjoyed Rose's daily visits so much that he now wants to do things in his home the way that she did. He wants us to buy her brand of cleaning supplies because they made his apartment so clean and fresh. He wants to try new foods, and he also wants to do something fun with the family, every time we visit!
