Dear Families, I am Nadia a dedicated individual with a deep passion for providing care and companionship to seniors. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management, I speak French, English and Arabic. I worked as an Activity Assistant at a retirement home. This experience has been transformative, and I have dedicated my efforts to making a positive impact on the lives of seniors under my care. I organized a variety of activities tailored to the diverse needs and interests of the residents. From cooking sessions that brought joy to their palates to yoga and exercise classes that promoted physical well-being, and therapeutic singing sessions that tapped into the healing power of music I assisted seniors with dementia, as well as those who valued their independence. Building genuine connections based on empathy, love, and trust has been at the core of my approach. Nurturing a sense of community within the retirement home, I became a source of support and companionship for residents in various stages of life.
