I am passionate about helping seniors to stay living in their homes with purpose and happiness. You tell me what that looks like to you and your family, and together I'll support you to nurture what is important to you and them. As a recovered survivor of past chronic illness, I am very empathetic to changes in health that require adapting and acceptance. I can help you, if this applies. And we can just enjoy the day or evening! I enjoy quiet as well as social. I have experience in meal planning & preparation, goal setting, and am very creative at implementation. I deeply love nature and am also happy to accompany you to be in the community if appropriate. I have raised my own family and have significant experience caring for elder family members. I have travelled extensively, have lived overseas, and highly value diversity. English is my native language, I am fluent in French, and speak moderate level Portuguese (Brazilian). I love to dance, appreciate expressive and visual arts and many styles of music.
