I am a certified Psw who has worked in retiremnt and Long term care . I have been in long term care now for almost 10 years . I am trained in palliative care as well as end of life care . I currently hold a full time position as a quality Psw, I over see the psws to insure that residents are receiving quality care , I also work along with the infection control Rn . I am trained in all aspect of activities of daily living . I was also certified in the RCC ( resident centred care )program thru Constego College .
