I was an Aged Care Giver in a government funded facility in Australia whilst studying for my Bachelor's degree in Nursing for 2 years. After graduation from Uni, I got offered a nursing job in same facility but in a high care unit (Dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, MS, Cancer, DMD, ALS, and the likes along with Mental Illness and or Disorders). For the past years working with the aged as a Care Giver, I believe I have gained a heap of knowledge and as well as experience that would make me a better Care Giver. As a Care Giver, I always set a goal for myself and for my clients. I pursue “Quality of Life” as an active and ongoing goal for my clients in all areas of accommodation, I guarantee to care for them in an atmosphere of love and respect, and I believe in the human dignity of everyone,whether my client, their visitor or member of staff.I show integrity in carrying out my responsibilities and actively pursue continuous improvement not just on my care service but also as a person of the community.
