My name is Mariam, I have volunteered and worked professionally as a personal care assistant for 5 years. I am able to care for clients and manage daily living activities. As a Caregiver, I assist patients with basic personal care, housekeeping, and appointments. I fully understand that privacy and confidentiality in handling clients personal information, considerate, respectful treatment and care is important and that is exactly what I am prepared to do. In addition, I document behavior, observe symptoms, and consult with families on home environment issues. I also intend to continue to broaden my knowledge on caregiving in order to serve my clients better which is why I am taking some certification courses on caregiving.
