I have spent the last 2 years caring for my mother who is immobile and relies heavily on the assistance of a helper to manage day to day activities. I believe in extending dignity to our elders and assisting in providing the best possible quality of life. I am familiar with OT & PT concerns like specialized diet, seating, and staying active through (seated) exercise. I would like to offer companionship and respite for those caregivers that desperately need a break.
