One of the most important aspects of life is having a comfortable and independent way of living. Caregiver aids those people who have physical challenges in living normal lives. As an experienced caregiver, I have ability to be empathetic, versatile, time management, observing and physically strong to the residents. In addition to this, my educational background is Masters in Home Science specialization in Food and Nutrition from Nepal which includes all the courses related to the aging process, nutrition through the life cycle, meal planning and also, I have completed Personal Care Worker Course from St. John Ambulance located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. Furthermore, I am well experienced in basic personal care in elderly people(bathing, grooming, cleaning, dressing), body mechanics, aging, providing nutritious meals, help them getting participated in recreational activities, preventing them from illness and injury, quality care plans and medications. I believe that I am a responsible, humble, trustworthy, caring person whom you can rely to for caring senior people.
