I’m a gregarious and engaging, and my empathic nature makes me a keen listener and natural companion. I’m highly attentive to nuance and curious to relate with new folks and meeting them where they’re at in their personal journey. I am especially attuned to the healing journey's of those afflicted with chronic pain and illness, including those managing more invisible illnesses. I hold an M.Ed in Adult Education, with a focus on intercultural knowledge exchange. I'm independently researching into the realm of neurodiversity and how this impacts learning. I’m currently studying within the field of somatic education, which allows me to explore ideas of body connectivity, gentle and therapeutic movement, body-mind attuning, and of deepening interpersonal communication. I’m also exploring similar therapeutic dimensions, including breath work, harnessing the power of our vagus nerve, hypnosis and deep relaxation. I believe compassionate care is imperative for feeling holistically well and balanced in our bodies.
