I consider myself as an extension of family or a “contracted” family member! I provide practical and emotional support. On the care management and personal advocacy side, I am a strong liaison between medical care providers and the patient often attending appointments and procedures, holding your hand every step of the way. I support my people through their entire journey. Many of my families travel or live far away. I’m there to care for their loved one and hopefully help them sleep better knowing their dear ones-be it their child, parent or spouse are being so well cared for in their absence. I hold a lot of hearts and hands. I only work with clients in Burlington and Oakville because those are the two hospitals and regional health systems I know best. I also want to be close my to my clients.
