I am a registered SCA with 5 years experience working with a client with dementia. I provided home care with admistering medication provided meal prep light cleaning. I looked after bathing and activities to stimulate the mind and activities of daily living to control as well as stimulate the mind. My patient required to be Catheterized for each urination as well as providing care for bowel movements
