Hi, I am a Canmore resident and former massage therapist who is currently in a career shift. Being a local for 25 years, I am completely familiar with Canmore and all of its resources for seniors. While I don't have extensive official job experience nor any grandparents of my own, I really enjoy being with our elders. I am a caring, strong and an experienced person, well trained in health and safety. I have worked extensively with children and raised a little one on my own. I have run my own business but I am currently a head housekeeper and my attention to detail is unsurpassed. I prefer a job however, where I can connect more deeply with people. I am happy go out for walks, take care of groceries and help manage any day to day adulting tasks that have become arduous. I am understanding, patient and kind. I am physically strong, well-trained in proper lifting techniques and strong spirited as well. My knowledge of physical therapy and experience with healing touch is often an asset.
