My name is Julie I have been looking after an elderly lady for more than 5 years doing light housekeeping and cooking meal I am warm and compassionate , honest and hardworking my only problem is I have a language barrier but I can converse in simple conversation . I am very flexible but would love to have at least Saturday or Sunday off .
