I have over twenty years experience in senior companionship and home care. I am trustworthy, dependable, compassionate, friendly and very patient. I can provide help in the home, conversation, walks outside, shopping trips or just picking up anything that’s needed from the shops, I am a good listener and can engage in keeping the client busy with some sort of activity, such as jigsaw puzzles, looking through photo albums or magazines, or maybe just watching a television show. I once had a client who had Alzheimer’s and took care of her for twelve years until she passed away, so I understand the importance of being patient and considerate. I am a mature and responsible lady who really enjoys the company of seniors and understands that they have a lifetime of stories that they enjoy sharing with someone who is there to listen. My schedule is flexible as I do have a couple of clients that I visit in the daytime, and I am open to evening hours if needed. Thank you in advance.
