I have looked after a 94 year old man on a fill in basis 3 to 6 weeks at a time when the original care take wasn't available At his home, Ive cooked and prepared meals, did laundry, housework (sweep, mop, kept fridge cleaned, counter tops etc) I do have a food safety certificate.
