I am a Nutrition Postgraduate. I love taking care of people. I am compassionate, loving, and kind. Throughout my years of education and my relationships with my family, friends, and community, I have learned that the safest feeling is to be taken care of. Many times in life, I have lacked the courage to ask for help, but I realized there are many more who want help, so I want to be a help to them, a family to them. I have also learned that being kind to people and helping them spiritually and mentally will only make you love yourself and others more.
