Gillian is a lovely human being. She is working with my in-laws who live in their own home and is doing a fabulous job. They are a 92 yr. Old woman with leg ulcers using a walker and an 89 yr. Old man with breathing issues on a Bipap machine also using a walker. My in laws were not liking the purchased food we were providing and Gillian suggested she would be able to cook their favorite recipes. It is a hit! She has encouraged my mother in-law to help in the cooking giving her a feeling of usefulness and independence. She is very respectful of their home environment and how they like things to be done. She is also doing household chores to keep the home in order. She is diligent about communicating with us letting us know what is going on in the household. She is punctual and we feel very confident leaving these two family members in her care.
