I am not a PSW by any means but as the youngest grandchild in my family most of the time I spent with my grandparents they were in their late 70s - early 90s giving me lots of experience in companionship for seniors and elderly. I have spent most of my life providing child care and in my recent years have provided care to family members injured or on bed rest, I'm very experienced in caring for others. In the aspects of personal care/meeting their self care needs as well as taking care of the more mundane tasks like grocery shopping, running errands and keeping the home up-kept. In my life I have enjoyed keeping seniors company and would welcome the opportunity to visit with your loved ones to play cards, scrapbook or just chat. I'm also available to help them care for themselves in the cases of basic home care, errand running (with them or for them), transportation to Drs appointment or where ever they might like to go.
