I was living in London, England for five years and earned five years of extensive experience in providing safe, reliable, compassionate care and support to meet the individual needs and wishes of each customer. With my work as an hourly-carer, live-in carer, and medical assistant I have developed extensive knowledge of the application of quality care and I am always in charge and alert in case of emergencies. I have excellent interpersonal skills and abilities to maintain professional relations with my customers, family representatives, carers, and other professionals in the field. I follow carefully the instructions in the care and support plan agreed with each customer and report accordingly any changes or concerns. My care and support values the whole person rather than merely seeing a list of care needs. I listen and observe to deliver the care that is most customized to my customer preferences. I am promoting the most independent life for my customers by helping them to make their own decision in every step of daily tasks and recreation. Since my arrival to Edmonton on March 1 st 2020 I was honored to provide home care services to four wonderful families in the city.
