I have worked w seniors since I was 19, I worked for a 90 yr. the old woman while in seminary '81-'85. We have mostly seniors in our Church that I have pastored for 35 yrs. I have recently worked with w woman w dementia for 2 yrs., one man with memory challenges for 5 yrs., another man with memory challenges and life-threatening illness for 2 years. I also have an online certificate in 'Successful Aging' from Stanford University.
