I have been a mobile personal trainer for over 15 years. I am a certified yoga instructor, trained in seniors fitness, rehabilitation, osteopathic therapy and pre and post natal fitness. I have worked with many seniors and adolescents. My dad has been diagnosed with dementia about 7 years ago. I have had to help my mom with running errands and helping my dad at home.
