I have been in the home care industry for 5 years now, i started out as a home care aid in 2019,and have recently become certified as a Personal Support worker. I have tried working in a retirement facility, however I was not a fan of what I call the assembly line care. I absolutely love what I do, and wish to give absolute respect, compassion and dignity to my people that I care for, whether it is helping with bathing, cooking, cleaning grooming, or companionship.
