I am patient, kind, reliable, honest and have a heart full of joy and happiness to share with elderly people. I admire the elderly as we have a lot to learn from them and love to listen to their stories. I brighten up their day by helping them with their shopping, appointments, reading to them, help them with their meals etc. I am a mature lady and have been a companion for the elderly part time over the past ten years. I have also trained care givers in South Africa how to cook healthy, balanced meals and provide entertainment for the elderly.
