My aunt who was visually impaired, lived with us while growing up. Towards the last five years that I lived at home, I worked closely to help my aunt run errands, go shopping, and for companionship. I loved spending time with her. I have a soft spot for elders and those who are vulnerable. I like to advocate for them and help them gain independence as much as possible.
