I have over 15 years of experience in caregiving and personal support. I was raised in a home daycare environment with my mom providing this service for infants and children ages 1-13. Since then, I have volunteered in nursing homes, completed my co-op in an adult living facility providing companionship, organizing exercises and fun activities for the seniors in the building. I have had 4 years of experience caring for my dad with dementia and most recently cared foe my mother for 3 months while recovering from a stroke. I am now available to help others in my community with all their caregiving needs. I am a kind and caring person with knowledge of gerontology and can provide healthy meals and warm and healthy companionship. I have a true passion for helping children and our seniors live their best life!
