I am a proud single Mom who is looking toward a new career path with our seniors once I retire from teaching. I am an educator who has worked with young children for 20+ years and love every minute of it! However, I also enjoy spending time with our seniors and hope to get into a profession that cares for them when I retire. I have always been a nurturing, person and I see this as a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors who may not be as fortunate as my family who have a great local support system to help out. I love to cook and I know in my family, many great memories are made in the kitchen. I would love to prepare delicious home cooked meals and help stock their fridge. Who doesn't appreciate a homemade pie or some cookies?
