My practicum work experience includes Recreation Program Aide. In this role, I was responsible for planning and implementing daily life enrichment programs. I aided in developing and implementing care plans, establishing short and long terms goals, and monitoring the effectiveness of the plan and the need for revision. I worked individually and interpersonally with residence experiencing social isolation. Additionally I have four years’ experience working in a retirement residence as a Dietary Aide.
