I have been providing care for the elderly for the 2.5 years with two clients both age 92, one who has dementia. For me, care giving is about giving the person quality of life back and creating a special bond with them. I have experience with meal prep, toileting, bathing, dressing, dementia concerns, administering medications, checking vitals, PT and OT exercises, chores around the house and keeping the elderly alert and engaged. It is important for me to help enrich their lives in anyway that I can, along with keeping them happy and comfortable in their own home for as long as possible.
