I spent most of my childhood and teenage years on my grandparents horse farm which allowed me to be exposed to a variety of animals as well as develop my passion and love for animals that I have today. I always wanted to be very involved whether it be bringing orphan kittens inside to be fed from an eye dropper to competitively horseback riding for 13 years. I volunteer at the local pound where I take the dogs for walks and clean kennel areas. I've also a couple times now spontaneously became a foster home for multiple dogs who now have been adopted. I also have a dog, Lucy, who is my baby. She is super friendly and playful. Given your preferences and pet, Lucy is always looking for new playmates. I've had Lucy for 2 years now, since she was a puppy. Having Lucy has really taught me all the responsibilities and what it really takes to own a pet such as keeping up with vaccines and vet appointments to creating the healthiest and best possible routine and environment for your pet. I treat my dog as my child and would do the same for yours. My involvement with animals thus far has only encouraged my decision to always have animals a part of my life wherever it may take me.
