New to Marmora, Georgina Walkies is a passion project as a dog owner who has noticed gaps in the industry. My dog, Quantum, is an Alaskan husky I rescued when she was 6 months old. My job at the time was dog related and so she was never without me, until we moved and I began working conventional shift work. This change was difficult for Quantum to adjust and so I experienced the challenges involved with seperation anxiety and destruction that comes with it. Over the years I have learned a lot about training and maintenance of a high energy working breed dog as well as diet and nutrition. I am offering daycare, walking, pet sitting, stop ins, and training now professionally as I have first hand experience with the stress and anxiety of trying to find someone to look after my own dog and provide the service at a reasonable rate. I will always do my best to accommodate a client's dog.
