I’m Steph and I have always been an animal lover. I find myself connecting easier with animals than humans, especially with dogs. I had a pure labrador growing up as well as many cats and fishes. I now own a 11 year old morkie. I am a full time doctorate student in clinical psychology at the University of Ottawa. I am currently on a sick leave and I need to practice a lot of self-care to help my body heals faster. I always said that I would love to try to become a dog walker and it seems like this is the perfect time as it will not only help paying for my medical treatments, but also serves as a kind of “zootherapy”.
