Sofia worked with my son for a couple of months. At first she was great but it became very apparent she was not dependable. Her cell phone is constantly disconnected. She would no show for shifts and eventually she even ghosted our family with no explanation or reason. I feel very uncomfortable with the thought of her looking after my son, building a connection, and then behaving this way. It makes me question the care he received. I would not recommend putting your child in the care of someone who is not responsible like this.
