My name is Shannon. I am 28, went to mohawk college and McMaster's for civil engineering. I currently work as a civil technician. I work both from home and at an office. I absolutely adore animals. I have had pets all my life. I have cared for cats (from birth to senior and diabetic as well), dogs (from 4 weeks old to senior), fish (fresh and salt), reptiles, hamsters and birds. I currently have a dog and 3 cats of my own. I also have a medical foster dog who had 2 surgeries! I am still currently doing physio with her and hoping for her to find a forever home! I have babysit dogs and cats for family and friends (home visits to boarding at my home). I have been training my dogs through training dogs online which has given me a huge insight on training dogs. This has given me many tools to help dogs succeed and gain confidence. My dog Ruby is reactive on leash and since I joined Training dogs online ruby has over come much reactivity! I am comfortable with reactive dogs, shy dogs, hyper dogs, medical dogs and much more. Same goes for all other animals. I groom all my pets from bathing to brushing to nail clipping.
