I am an experienced cat owner. I have looked after cats and dogs for many years. At first I was a dog person. Africa, Guy, Chickie and Elsie where the dogs that brought so much love to my heart and I could never imagine I would have become a cat person. But then Roger, my first black cat came to my life. He was probably two months old and not having any experience with kittens I was ready to give him back the first night after he ran around the bedroom all night like a Tasmanian Devil. Sleepless and frustrated on that first night with him, I thought, oh I am so going to give you back tomorrow, and as soon as I finish that thought in my head, he sat on my pillow quietly and the rest was history. He became the love of my life. That was many years ago, after Roger was gone, Phoenix-Ash adopted me but unfortunately, I lost her to Feline Leukaemia. I never forget that day when her soul left her little body while I was holding her in my arms. Now I have two rambunctious brothers, Gandalf and Frodo. Gandalf is the wise one who becomes friends with everyone, Frodo is the trouble maker and often encourages Gandalf to get into some kind of trouble, and when he gets caught he looks at me like: what? what's your problem?
