Although I have no professional experience dealing with pets I have cared for a total of two dogs and five cats as pets. I have cared for my dogs from a fairly young age and have experience feeding, cleaning, and walking them on a regular basis. Both of my dogs are beagles, however, I am comfortable with large dogs. I also have experience dealing with cats of widely varying personalities and temperaments. I am completely comfortable cleaning up after any messes that cats or dogs may make.
