I've had a few different kinds of pets in my life, dogs, cats, ducks and birds. My favourite was a stray cat that I first saw one day on a country road on my way into town. I stopped when I saw her and rolled down the car window to talk to her, she also had 2 kittens. I carried on into town to do what I had planned to do and said to myself, if they're still there on my way home I'll pick them up and take them home. Long story short, I had her for 16 years. She was the greatest. The 2 kittens went to loving homes. I was a dog walker in downtown Toronto for a while around 2005. Walked all kinds of dogs, from big to small, up to 6 at a time sometimes, picking up and dropping off along the walk. Had keys to all the houses to get in and out to take the dogs when the owners were at work, also alarm codes for some homes. This was in the St.Clair and Bathurst area. Most recently, I had been walking a black lab mix 2 to 3 times a week, also looking after 3 Rottweilers, feeding them, letting them in and out in the morning and night. They were all in the durham region. I moved to Barrie about a year ago so I wasn't able to continue.
