I am a very athletic and high energy person, i had a german shepherd and he had to stay up with me and hence was a very calm down at home since i zapped his energy through long walks, playtime and mental challenged(with treats). As a kid i also had a miniature chihuahua, although i mostly acted as a warm pillow for her though.
