Hello everyone! My name is Maggie. I'm a huge animal lover. My family has been involved with animals rights for the majority of their lives and, as a result, so have I. We rescue animals ourselves and have fostered and nurtured troubled pets, helping the animals in our local communities and helping dogs in need of homes outside Canada through an organization called VAFA animal shelter. With all this in mind, I have been taking care and nurturing animals (mainly cats and dogs) since a young age. I have never been without a pet as there are so many animals in need that I am always trying to provide for to the best of my abilities. I have also worked and volunteered at an animal sanctuary called the Fauna Foundation that specializes in caring for chimpanzees and other (typically farm and domestic) animals previously, gaining a lot of experience and knowledge from that. In addition, I have experience giving diabetic animals insulin. I hope this all provides confidence in my abilities and you allow me the opportunity to care and love your pets.
