Kim looked after our two cats during Christmas and New Years of 2014. We were visiting family in Toronto and Kim was great! She visited our cats daily (even on Christmas and New Years Day!!!) One of our cats died in September of 2014 and being heartbroken pet parents, we just got a new kitten in October. Bird (our older disabled cat) did not really get along with the new kitten and we were concerned about this. Kim was amazing and kept really good care of our babies! She gave us detailed updates regularly, accompanied with photos. Our nerves about leaving the cats alone for the 11 days we were gone we put to ease because of Kim.
