Possessing more than 12 years experience as a professional dog walker and pet sitter, I strive to ensure my clientele are cared for in a safe and compassionate manner. I have relocated to West Grey after running a successful solo pet care business in the GTA. My love for all animals and nature has inspired a passionate drive to make their lives happy and healthy, through a combination of trust, love and responsibility. I continue to enhance my skills and education by enrolling in pet care coursework. Additional services include Canine Hydrotherapy swim sessions (at a local clinic in Walkerton, ON), plus I am working on my canine massage therapy certification. We needed someone to dog-sit in our hotel for a day while on vacation. Jo-Ann was our first choice and exceeded our expectations in every way. Jo-Ann knows pet care backwards and forwards, she asked for very specific information about our dog's needs and for emergency preparedness, she kept in regular contact prior to coming, and made us feel perfectly at ease about leaving our Beagle in her hands. During the day, she kept detailed notes on her walks and interactions, brought her own games to play with our dog, and even texted us during the day to keep us up-to-date! It was obvious our dog had a great time and engaging day with Jo-Ann. She is such a kind person and we really can't recommend Jo-Ann enough and we would not hesitate to use her again. She is worth it!
