I have fostered cats through a local cat rescue, until we failed and ended up adopting 2 sibling cats. They have been a great addition to our family! We have a 15 year old Terrier Mix dog, Cody, who has been part of our family since we adopted him as a puppy from the Ottawa Humane Society. In recent years he has been dealing with hearing/vision loss. ( Cody has since passed away, January 2019) Recently we looked after a 2 year old Labradoodle in our home over the Easter weekend. We also have backyard chickens, which have been a great experience.
